As part of the Customer Insight and Research project funding was provided for four sub-regional demonstration projects, each exploring a different aspect of re-engaging young people with education, employment or training.
There were three aims to this work:
1. To gain valuable insights to inform strategy, policy and practice
2. To build research capacity and test out some different methods and approaches, and
3. To demonstrate how effective use of customer insight and research can make a difference and lead to better and more efficient services.
