Events

The regional Business Transformation programme included a large number of free events, from small workshops to major conferences. Covering an array of topics around efficiency, shared services and service improvement, the events aimed to showcase good practice and foster greater collaboration between authorities. Previous Business Transformation events, including event presentations where available, can be viewed by selecting Events>Past Events>By Theme and selecting 'Business Transformation'.
