Capacity projects

• Working Together Better - This project will enable leaders of public services in Lincolnshire to work together better, actively seeking out the connections between them to identify opportunities for joint working, in order to deliver and improve outcomes for the people of Lincolnshire. The project will enable leaders to work together to optimise the use of public funds, actively seeking out waste and duplication to ensure the best possible value for money for tax payers. 
• CAA - Lincolnshire is developing a programme to ensure each partner makes best use of resources as inspected through CAA. Within this theme, area funding has been allocated to support the work being planned by the county wide Use of Resources group who have identified areas in which the partnership needs to improve; including Value for Money, Equality and Diversity and Workforce Strategy.
