Derbyshire Transformational Partnership (DTP)

Derbyshire Transformational Partnership is part of the Derbyshire Partnership Forum Structure and its role is to give strategic leadership and direction on the Transformational Government agenda. The Board is also the local governing body responsible for the Derbyshire Sub Region Improvement and Efficiency Partnership and has developed a work programme aimed at contributing to the delivery of the aims in the East Midlands Improvement and Efficiency Partnership.

The Terms of Reference for the Sub Regional Partnership were agreed at the Transformational Partnership Management Board in September 2008. The Chair of the Board is Councillor Lewis Rose, Leader of Derbyshire Dales District Council, who attends the EM IEP Board meetings.

The Derbyshire Transformational Partnership Programme Team monitor the day to day delivery of the work programme. Performance reports are taken to the Management Board who meet on a quarterly basis. Derbyshire County Council is the accountable body for the Partnership.
