The revised arrangements introduced through the Comprehensive Area Assessment raises the bar by assessing Use of Resources (UoR) in a broader way than previously, embracing the use of natural, physical and human resources. It also places new emphasis on commissioning services for local people and achieving value for money.
These two-day events offer an ideal opportunity for your organisation to understand what is required from the new regime, and develop and/or strengthen an improvement plan to ensure you maximise your next UoR score.
A key focus for the programme will be outcomes that meet the criteria for Levels 3 and 4 of the evaluation of the KLOEs.
Reasons to attend:
• Enhanced knowledge and understanding of best practice underlying the Governing the Business themes;
• Frameworks for determining improvement plans to be applied within your organisation;
• Shared approaches to improvement planning and realisation;
• A robust improvement plan for your organisation in relation to the Governing the Business theme.
To obtain the maximum benefit from the programme it is essential that a delegate attending Day1 of a programme also attends Day 2 of the same programme. egan attendee of the Governing the Business programme on the 27th April must attend the second day on the 20th May.
