The aim of this FREE event is to enable Commissioners and voluntary sector organisations to identify common agendas and better ways of working together to improve outcomes for children, young people and their families.
Full programme will follow shortly, but workshops and keynotes will cover:
- Health Commissioning
- Workforce Commissioning
- Commissioning for efficient and better outcomes
- Joint Commissioning
Delegates will also have the opportunity to participate in a 'World Cafe' experience, sharing good practice and developing understanding.
