A FREE two-day course.

This course is aims to equip research and customer insight professionals with the skills and confidence to communicate complex information to less specialist audiences in a way that is engaging and promotes learning. The training will help participants design and develop a piece of work-related training of their choosing.

The second day will provide an opportunity to deliver planned training and receive feedback from the trainer and peers. This session will be recorded so participants have the opportunity to see and hear how they deliver the session.
