This Contract Management Training Workshop is designed for Environmental Service Managers and Waste and Recycling Officers. This workshop will focus on waste management outsourcing as well as providing a broader view of contract management risks and opportunities. The workshop aims to support officers to Improve contract management, risk analysis, processes and controls to help drive out efficiencies in waste (and other) contracts.
