East Midlands Councils is holding a series of master classes in organisational development.
The leading complex and organizational change session is the fourth of four sessions taking place at East Midlands Councils over 2011.
Change can be seen as an opportunity to rejuvenate an organisation, to innovate and to grow. It can also however, be seen as a period of instability, upheaval and a threat to the individual's identity and career prospects. Whether employees view change as an opportunity or as a threat will largely depend on their individual psychological makeup, the organisation's track record in implementing change and the way that the change is communicated.
