Performance Management Benchmarking

Coaching with NLP

Location: Eat Midlands Councils, Phoenix House, Nottingham Road, Melton Mowbray LE13 OUL

Event date: 17 Nov 2011 - 18 Nov 2011

"The illiterate of the twenty-first century will not be those who cannot read and write, but those who cannot learn, unlearn and relearn." (Alvin Toffler)

This two day workshop is designed to trigger delegates into seeing coaching as a means of maximising the potential of those around them and is an essential part of organisational strategy. Coaching can transform a manager's leadership style, enabling them to be more people-centred. This is of massive benefit to the manager, their team and business results.

The foundations of ethical, moral, values and beliefs are reviewed using the NLP Presuppositions as a basis. This enables coaches to respect the other person's model of the world. The coach is then taught the fundamentals of rapport, this includes, physiology, sensory acuity, eye patterns, representational systems and the NLP communication model and the use of chunked up, abstract language and the Meta model. We also learn about cause and effect and personal responsibility and how to detect where the coachee is at by their language.
