Lincolnshire Improvement and Efficiency Partnership (LIEP)
The LIEP built on the success of the Shared Services Partnership, running in Lincolnshire since 2006.
The eight local authority partners were all represented on the LIEP board with the NHS and Police participating around Leadership, ICT, and Use of Resources.
In 2009/10 the LIEP became part of the Lincolnshire Sustainable Community Strategy under the "Working Together Better" theme". This Sustainable Community Strategy is providing a basis for shared commitment to priorities for Lincolnshire. A programme office has been established to provide project and programme management support to all six themes within the Sustainable Community Strategy.
