Chris Allison
Director
Chris Allison will establish, develop and lead integrated improvement and efficiency programmes across local authorities and other public sector organisations in the region. Chris will also develop and deliver the EM IEP Business Plan, and support the delivery of the Regional Capacity Building Programme in conjunction with CLG/LGA and other regional agencies. The Director will advise the Member and Officer Boards and CLG /LGA national programme management team, on progress towards achieving business plan objectives, targets and key performance indicators and provide appropriate support for the sub regional improvement and efficiency partnerships.

Heather Parker manages the overall EM IEP programme of activities and projects from a programme control/monitoring perspective. Heather also manages the EM IEP capacity building programme, the communications output, support for LAAs and performance improvement monitoring for the region against the stretch targets in the RIES.

Administration, Events & Secretariat Manager
Lois Dale co-ordinates and administers the EM IEP events programme. Lois provides executive assistance to the Director and the core support team, with additional responsibility for all EM IEP secretariat work on behalf of the Officer and Member management boards.
